Booking form now uses first name, last name, and phone number
The reservation form no longer asks for a personnel number. Instead, enter your first name, last name, and phone number. Use the same details on the My Days page to look up your bookings.
Scheduled registration now opens at the correct time
Scheduled open/close windows were triggering 7 hours late because the server (Vercel, UTC) was comparing times in UTC instead of Bangkok time (UTC+7). All date and time comparisons now use Asia/Bangkok timezone, so a window set to 09:00 actually opens at 09:00.
Lava lamp loading indicator
Replaced plain "Loading…" text with an animated organic lava lamp indicator while the calendar, scoreboard, and admin panel fetch data. Automatically adapts to your chosen theme and dark mode. Animation pauses if you have reduced-motion enabled in your OS.
4 colour themes + light / dark mode
Pick from Indigo, Sky, Rose, or Amber using the colour dots in the top-right header. Toggle between light and dark mode with the ☀️ / 🌙 button next to them. Your preference is saved and restored on every visit.
Scoreboard
New Scoreboard tab shows reservation totals per person, split into weekday days and weekend/holiday days. Filter by month or view all-time history. Click any row to expand the full date list.
My Days — view only
The My Days tab now only shows your reservations — cancellation has been removed to prevent accidental deletions. Contact your admin if you need to cancel a booking.
Scheduled registration windows
Admins can now set a specific open date/time and close date/time per month. The calendar shows a banner counting down to the opening or warning when reservations are about to close. Default state for new months is closed until the admin acts.
Excel export
Admin panel can export all reservations as an Excel file. Each month gets its own sheet with a title row, followed by date, name, and personnel number columns.
Weekend / holiday quota logic corrected
The monthly quota now correctly allows up to 3 days total, with a sub-limit of 1 weekend or public holiday day within that 3. Previously weekend days were incorrectly counted only against a separate bucket.
Thai public holidays synced automatically
Public holidays are imported from the official Thai Google Calendar ICS feed and shown on the calendar with a ★ badge. Holiday days count toward the weekend/holiday sub-limit.
Initial launch
Ramasri Shift goes live — monthly calendar grid, one reservation per day, first come first served, personnel number required to book. Admin panel for managing blocked dates, quotas, and holidays.
